  • Provide professional client services to prospective police recruit applicants at attraction events and/or via web-based/telephone or other enquiries.
  • Provide specialist client services to police recruit applicants requiring complex case management during the selection process.
  • Ensure timely and accurate data entry of information into relevant Recruitment systems and databases.
  • Liaise with other members of the Queensland Police Service and other agencies and individuals as required.
  • Actively contribute to the ongoing development and/or review of recruitment policy, practices and procedures and service improvement aspects.
  • Provide accurate and timely advice on applicant cases and associated recruitment and selection policy and practices.
  • Regularly monitor and evaluate staff in accordance with performance criteria and provide on-the-job training/mentoring to relevant team members.
  • Provide supervision and leading of a small team.
